Our specially developed inspection system with the EyeC ProofRunner in the folder gluer ensures the greatest possible reliability in packaging production. We offer our customers a complete 100% inspection and documentation of production from receipt of the print data to the finished product. By carrying out multiple checks at every stage of production, we ensure that our print data matches the data supplied by the customer.

Our 5-step program for maximum reliability of results

1. Prepress and platemaking: digital comparison of customer PDFs and print PDFs from bauer packaging

2. Offset printing: Inline comparison of the printed sheet with the checked print PDF

3. Punching: digital comparison incl. Braille embossing with the checked PDF

4. Folding and gluing: digital inline comparison of the folding carton with the checked PDF

5. Quality control: careful final inspection and approval
